Im going to be using the programs from “Winning the arms race”, and at the same time im going to use the 4\5 percent soulution for chest and back. Im placing emphasis on my arms, but i wanted to know if this was to little intensity for chest and back.
A1) incline bench 5x8 A2) wide grip pullups 4x8
3-4 minute rest
B) lo rows 4x8 1 minute rest. All tempos 3120
then after the third workout, im going to switch to 4x8 on incline bench, 5x8 on the pullups, and replace the low rows with dips for 4x8.

I will also be training bjj 3x’s a week, so keep that in mind also regaurding intensity.
