In a back issue of planet muscle, Jeff Everson outlined five-minute routine that likens itself to an “extra workout.” It’s a bodyweight-only routine that I’ve written below. What do you guys think about it? Is it good, bad, or ugly. If you can, what’s your best five-minute routine.

SLDL 2x20
Push-Ups 2x20
Calf Raises 2x20
