Cars - American Cool

From 1998 until 2007, Chrysler was owner by Daimler-Benz so they were a German car company. In 2007, they were sold to a private equity firm and then declared bankruptcy in 2009. The “New” Chrysler was owned by the US Gov’t until 2011 when they sold it to Fiat.

So, really I was just busting your balls about the Viper being an “American” car.

I think an interesting question is what actually is an American car? Hondas are made in Maryville, OH, BMWs are made in SC, Toyotas are made in KY…Americans can and do own stock in these companies as well. Are they not American cars? Is a Cadillac CTS an American car is it’s merely assembled in the US from parts made in Mexico and France?[/quote]

it’s 2014.

By now almost all cars could be considered “global”. I know that’s what I consider most.

So the same or a bit slower than a GT-R? But about a meeeelion times better looking…lol.

I don’t know why I don’t see any of these around. I see a ton of M series BMWs and Porsche’s but I’ve never seen one of these on the road.

Because they’re expensive and most ppl are not going to drop that amount on a no name brand, hence they’re out of busines.

Not at all. But, not a ‘fan’ of either

Dodge is a no name brand? I was referring to the Viper.

I was referring to the Mosler, but it still holds with dodge. In that market segment dodge is a nothing brand, and the viper is a bit of a novelty. It’s not my opinion, but everytime ive ever seen a viper on the road the other person im with always says, “they must have a small penis”. This is both male and female perspective with the viper.

But I hear people say that about every owner of a performance car. They say the same for Vette owners, Porsche owners, BMW owners (well, it’s true about BMW owners though…lol).

The Viper is a legit car at a decent price and certainly should garner more sales than it does. They’ve really made it a great car and it’s come a long, long way since the early examples.

That’s cause Vipers are hard to drive. You have to know what your doing. While the Porsche makes you look way better at driving than you actually are. Each has it’s perks. If you want a raw, hold on for dear life driving experience, then you get a Viper. I’d love to have one, any year. They are all cool.

Viper is now just a SRT variant. They dropped the Dodge name. And I don’t care if people think I’d have small penis for owning one. It’s a badass car. Me and my small penis would love the hell out of it, until it’s time to buy tires.

Perhaps you have a giant penis if you drive a Camry then, but your still a pussy. I’ll take the small dick cars any day of the week.
What is it with people and penises anyway? Do people think that we are so overly concerned with our penis that we’d actually try to make it up with a car? It’s not like people walk around with their penises out.
I could have a 1 inch penis or a 12 inch penis and I would still like fast, powerful cars because the cars are awesome, not because there is something wrong with my dick.
Does anybody look down and go “Gee my dick sure could be better, I better buy a Corvette to make up for it.”

Just for the record, I drive a minivan and am hung like a horse.

Carry on.

That’s what I want. I want a car that is almost uncontrollable. Sounds amazing.

My buddies brother has a early 2000s viper with some work done to it pushing around 850 to the wheels. I have expressed my desire to make love to it.

ftfy, and yes, a good majority of the corvette owners around where i live probably have that conversation verbatim with themselves before their purchase.

Please note, i said “around where i live” because in NE ohio the corvette is the official vehicle of the mid life crisis. Probably different in other parts of the country.

So, I haven’t been interested in the new Corvette at all. I thought it’s pretty over styled… That is until I saw a black one roaming the streets of Toronto on Saturday. Holy shit what a car, what a noise! Personally I still love the C6 the most but… DAYUM that’s an angry looking beast.
