I finnally went out and bought a little booklet to bring to the gym with me to mark down my lift’s and what I eat. I am not on a set program right now I’m just doing Chest/Tri’s, Back/Bi’s, Legs and so on. I am hopeing that when you guy’s read my info. and stuff that you guy’s with the knowledge will be able to give me a head’s up on what to do.

1 PM 2 scoop protein shake with water
2:30 Worked back and bi’s and 30 minute cardio (elliptical) every ten minute’s I would go up on incline (this machine doesn’t have the arm thing’s so you can make the incline higher).
3:30 1 can of tuna with 2 slice’s of whole wheat bread and 1 table spoon of Carb free mayo with a little bit of salt and pepper.
5:00 5 meatball’s, I was at work (I work at a Italian bakery) and I was hungry. Not sure if that was a good choice or not.
8:00 Protein shake 3 scoop’s with water.
The work out was like this, Pull Down’s -100LBS 4 set’s of 8
Arm Curl’s -25’s on each side plus bar- 3 set’s - 8 reps
Back Pull Machine- 1 Set with 45’s on each side + 25’s for 8 reps and then 2 set’s with only 45’s on each side for 8 reps and then the cardio that I said earlier.

I didn’t have much time because I had to be at work earllier.
2:00 40 Minute’s of elliptical (moderate speed 170 + repition’s a minute)
3:00 - 1 can of tuna on 2 pieces of whole wheat bread and 3 scoop protein shake.
5:30 Chicken breast cooked with olive oil, green and red pepper’s and onions.
7:15- 1 bannanna
8:00 Around half a honey dew melon
Hope fully you guy’s can give me some advice to what I am doing right and what I am doing wrong. I am 6’4 and 280 pound’s. I am obviously wanting to lose weight.
