If you are determined to buy instead of save up, based on your budget anything would be better than stock. Do not expect a world of difference just by upgrading speakers. Keep in mind that ideally you’ll want much more power to drive the speakers.

Confirm they are 6 3/4 and get something like…

Infinity Reference/Infinity Kappa
Boston Acoutics sx65
Alpine type S
JL Audio

… all have models for that size for under $100 shipped on ebay.
