Thanks for support and help guys.

I’m pretty sure how I could make my father feel miserable-armwrestling.

But will probably have to wait few years before I can beat him:)

Working out in fitness for few years does not equal workin hard whole life.

But will beat him one day, and I hope he will then shot up:)

One piece of advice: if you want to beat him in armwrestling, learn to arm wrestle. Strength training correlates very poorly to arm wrestling ability. [/quote]

Yes it does. There is a Hell of a lot more to it than simply trying to slam the other guys arm down. No matter how much bigger you are.

yeah, I get comments from people all around me too. The joke on the football team is that I do steroids.

My mother is always needling me about how “unhealthy” the protein + fat meals I have are, and also makes comments about the size of my ass. She says as I have a propensity to high cholesterol (based on my dad having high cholesterol) I should eat red meat, and stick to cardio. She often reminds me how unhealhy weight training is for me.

I have a younger brother who has terrible joints and is, to put it lightly, a klutz. Rather than encouraging him to get out and play, his parents simply allow him to sit and watch TV, as he has “bad joints.” Well, maybe they wouldn’t be so bad if he moved around once in a while!
