Canned Chili GOOD or GARBAGE?

I have been dieting and have found canned chili (the low fat versions) to be a great alternative to an MRP.

1 can usually has around 30g proetin, 60g carbs, and 5-15g of fat.
The chilli I eat is under 400 cals, I am just worried the food quality sucks? I mean is the protein anygood (I know beans are okay but also beef and turkey are in some chilli’s)

Nobody ever eats Chili?!

I think chili is great (yes, canned) for bulking & dieting.
Plain while dieting & loaded with cheese & crackers with a scoop or two of whey while bulking up.
