Well well. I do agree that " most" women start going downhill after about 22-23 if they don’t take care of themselves or have great genetics. As a man, your smv goes up with age.

I want to go for a more lean look. Hoping to put on about 10-15 lbs of LBM while dropping bodyfat percentage to around 3 percent. It’s at about 7 percent right now.
That seems to be the kind of look teen girls go for.
I was actually thinking about adding some clenbuterol into my cycle to help achieve this.
