Try to get some basic labs done via your GP so you know what you are dealing with.

prolactin
CBC
AST/ALT
Vit-D25
Vitamin D levels can be low there. What supplemental sources do you get?
Have you been using iodized salt? [you should]
What other iodine sources there that you benefit from?
Do you get cold easily?
Outer eyebrows sparse?
If you get thyroid hormones checked, they may test TSH, T3, T4. If available, TSH, fT3, fT4 would be better.
