Bro im just happy right now this is an online forum, might end up getting will smithed
Haha, I couldn’t resist the meme. I used to be sensitive about it when younger but not so much anymore. I assertively state my height in multiple threads so I’m not ashamed. I usually use it as a way of telling the other manlets not to make excuses as to why they only weigh 150lbs. I wish I were taller no doubt, but it’s never held me back!
I like knowing that tall people will almost always have shittier calves than me. It brings me peace.
I don’t think 1.7 m will hold one back, man. I know 5’5 guys who are crushing it in all areas. Luckily as men we have so much areas where we can succeed to get some Laadiiiees that even though many like tall men, in the end it often doesn’t matter. Iron yuppie used to say you just need to be funny. I’d say you just need to have some game.
If I had a dollar for every women who told me she only likes guys from 6’4 upwards, but still ended up with me, I could buy me a gallon of gas in the US right now.
That’s a lot of bitches! (Joking, i don’t refer to women as “bitches” unless the shoe fits)
It’s always the heavy ones that have ridiculous requirements for men too
I don’t think they mean any of what they say, as soon as a any woman says anything close to “I want a man who…” there’s nothing of worth coming after that. In my experience they just don’t know what they want or don’t want to honestly articulate it and spit out what they think they should be wanting.
I mean which woman will state in a group setting or to a guy who she does not want to sleep with that she wants a dominant man? She’d lose face in todays climate. Still all women I’ve ever been with wanted exactly that. Dominance, leadership, no bullshit attitude and the charisma to get away with it.
I googled “how to measure waist” and did smth simmilar. Maybe its not 100% correct but the difference wouldnt be too much.
Measured in the morning - 104cm.
I have very thick waist, but as far as i know thats how it is with taller people. Yes, my genetics suck for this, but there are many examples.
There is this dude, Clay Mathews who is some american football star :
And a WWE wrestler Matt Morgan :
These guys have simmilar genetics or even worse.
Anyways, i dont know what measurements i have had at my best shape but yea, i think mine are pretty bad always. But i am in no way lean right now. I will see how this measurement looks a few months from now.
So @blshaw is probably even shorter, yes?
This is an interesting topic. I believe this depends on how you meet women. As a person who has almost a mental disability when it comes to meeting women in life, i always thrived online.
Online its simple - they ask the height and if its not ok you get a ban, haha. In life, i guess, you can get to play your cards, so it would be much easier to overlook the height.
Anyways, maybe its just that im being a bit calmer, or just that im bored but lately i dont even know why people care so much about meeting girls or being liked by them, haha. At the end you only need a few in your life.
My waist is also 104 cm, but at a height of 178 cm and a weight of 106 kg. And about 33% fat. When I was in the army / passing compulsory military service / my waist was 71 cm and weighed 70 kg. I generally have quite broad shoulders and a very thin waist, but with age and poor nutrition I have come to the situation at the moment.
Haha I wear tall shoes like Iron Man.
I wonder if my waist has EVER been so narrow. I will keep tracking it as i continue my slow cut.
I sympathize. I’m same way, my abs are hyper-responders!
To reach about 80-85 cm / 32-34 inches / waist for my height, I will have to endure many hungry months. Not to mention how much muscle mass can go away. In fact, for my 33% fat and weight of 106 kg. / 233 pounds /, how much do you think is the maximum weight loss per week without the risk of muscle loss. At least for a start I think that losing more weight will not lead to the risk of muscle loss. In an article on CT, I read that fat people like me shouldn’t worry about losing muscle at all
if you are on trt you probably dont have this risk
I did not, and did not have, even intended to think of such a thing. I don’t think it’s worth the risk, especially since I have a number of contraindications to it, such as my high blood pressure. It is controlled, but still.
Take it slow and the good news is you will look better with the lower BF. Take care of your health!
found this calculator : Body-Mass Index, Waist-to-Height Ratio and More...
seems kind of legit… at least bodyfat % wise, i believe i am around 18,7%…
