working unlocking more of the Pro Perks today… So far I have hacker, last stand, hardened, hardline, and warlord (i think thats all?)
I’ve been doing pretty bad cause I’ve just been trying to unlock those. Next on the plate is Ghost.
Oh and for those of you that I was playing with on Friday… I wasnt ignoring your requests on saturday/sunday. I gave my bro my xbox live account info and he was playing as me on his account back home. So that wasnt me that was him.

lol I was wondering why you weren’t accepting any invites or anything. lol.
I pretty much only use ghost, sleight of hand, and ninja on all my classes, so those are the only ones I bothered to get pro for this prestige.

Mother Fluffer, sent me a friend request and be on today. I’ll be free in a hour or 2.

haha yeah man it wasnt even me playing.
I’m gonna work on the sleight of hand one next. I dont think I am going to prestige when I get there. I think I’ll just keep working and trying to figure out what works best for me. I’ve been doing better with the AK47 (instead of the AK74u)
whats the upside to prestigeing? (<—not a real word)

I think it makes you a better player, it forces you to use guns you don’t normally use and adapt to different playing styles. It also just keeps you from getting bored. lol.
My thoughts are: if you’re going to play enough to prestige semi-regularly, go ahead, but if it takes you a really long time to prestige, you might as well not bother.
I tried the ak-47 and wasn’t crazy about it ( nice hit damage but hard to hit long range targets), so far I’m sticking with my galil. I might give it another shot this prestige though.

how do you get the rocket launcher to lock onto an aircraft? [/quote]
Only Strella and the Law can lock on to a aircraft. You aim down the sight, hold the fire button, and you’ll hear a beeping sound. After around 2 and the 3 beeps, it will fire a rocket You have to HOLD the fire button down in order to fire the rockets.

I’ve never held down the fire button, I just aim down the sight, make sure the aircraft is in the crosshairs, if you keep it in the crosshairs it’ll beep a couple times and then you’ll hear a continuous tone, that tone means you’re locked on. Then I hit the fire button.
And as far as silencers, never use’em for sniping, and when I use an AR I feel a lot of my kills come from me flanking the enemies without them knowing where I am. I’ve also just never really felt like the damage reduction from the silencer inhibited me that much.
The Strella is great. I always try and shoot down whatever is in the air. You have to be really fast, but i’ve shot down some aircrafts that carry in the care packages.

Those seem to take more than one shot… you really get those all by yourself?
Do you guys go for pro-perks you guys might not like that much? I got ghost pro and second chance pro ;-). I’m working on scout-pro. They’re kind of a pain in the ass. Unlike MW2, you really have to play to them, instead just use the perk and eventually hit it. Taking out all those stupid spy planes to get ghost-pro = lots of wasted time IMO. But glad I have it now.
i like the way that pro perks are setup… i mean it was a bitch getting them but they made u play so many more games types that i didn’t like to play… but when u get the hang of capture the flag, etc then i guess it opens up more gameplay and strategy outside of TDM (but after the pro perks i purely play TDM now lol)…
also for spy planes and radar jammers (counter spy plane) 1 rocket is enough… i’ve taken down care packages i think once but u have to pretty much be aiming in the direction its gonna come and hit it right when it gets into the map area otherwise its just a wasted rocket… everything else is gonna be at least 2 rockets… all helicopters have flares… so its gonna be at least 2… when i play i usually play with buddies that carry a rocket launcher so it works out pretty well… once u get the strella is much easier to get ghost pro…

Yes, exactly what you said. I took down two chopper gunners in the same game last night before the guy even got to do anything. I was on the opposite side of the map both times and had a clear shot at him. I bet those guys were pissed, haha.
