I don’t have Black Ops yet, and I don’t have a PS3 period. I’m still deciding whether to get it on PC or Xbox. I’m much better at PC because of older first person shooters I’ve played (namely Counter-Strike), but Xbox is fun because of the community.

Look at my video I posted lol. I got back to back triples cause the guys I klilled spawned directly behind me. That would never happen in MW2. Still a fun game though like I said. Been playing the shit out of it. I think the majority of problems with the spawns are on the small maps.

If your team is on the other side of the map and your camping away from them, the enemy will spawn where you’re at. Especially on Nuke Town. Simple as that.

I used to play Counter-Strike religiously, so I think I will have to pick this game up. I will be getting it for xbox and do play on live. Once I get it I will let you all know what my tag is and whatnot.

Wow I’ve watched this video like 10 times and I still can’t believe the amount of control you have playing an fps with a xbox controller are you using a really high sensitivity? When I play I feel like robocop my movements are so stiff but if I up the sensitivity I can’t lock on to targets. I subscribed to your channel I can’t wait to see more!
I played it for a few hours at a friends this weekend. They pretty much made the online menu just like halo. Voting for maps, guests, etc. That being said, being able to have two people play online was one of the best things about the halo series.
I think there are a ridiculous amount of killstreaks that are unavoidable. R.C cars are pretty hard to take out, even if you manage to see them coming, helicopters, mortars, and napalm all=inst death.
Most of the killstreaks on the previous games were more avoidable.
It seemed like it was a lot harder to get decent killstreaks going, maybe because of all the unavoidable killstreaks from the other team. It’s pretty annoying to be behind your team’s lines looking for an easy kill when you’re at a 6 kill streak and have an rc fly around a corner and blow you up instantly.
In like 5 hours of gameplay I think the best killstreak I got was 14 kills. The guy whose account I was playing on was still using the base killstreaks though, so that didn’t help.
yea i had the same issue… i suggest slowing the game down… don’t run and gun like mw2… ure gonna have to go crouch or prone more to get better control (note recoil) until u get into the flow of the game… i wouldn’t necessarily call it camping but definitely moving a lot slower and making sure u keep a keen eye on the game map to see where ure opponents are compared to your team… spy planes will help immensely! that should help boost ure kill ratio…

This game was actually more condusive to running and gunning than mw2. I got my best kd on average running around with a suppressed ak74u. MW2 was horrible for running and gunning, at least compared to the original modern warfare.
I would stick with a gun that lets you get fast kills (i.e. m16 with suppressor so they don’t find you as easily.)
Well if you’re counting knifing as you main, then yeah mw2 was good for that, but only becuase all the knifing perks were ridiculous. When I got bored I’d make my knifing class. Went 66-5 on favela domination using a tac knife and my killstreaks.
I guess the UMP with a silencer could let your run and gun well, at least on a couple maps. Just seemed like 80% of the maps were horrible for it.
