I am wondering whether it makes sense to do a BW-only version of Chad’s TTT.
To give you an idea:
- three basic exercises: pushups, door rows w/towel slung around doorknob, freehand squats
-
Max strength day: one limb versions of the above exercises, sets and reps see TTT
-
Strength endurance day: all three moves done for high reps
-
Speed strength day: clap pushups, jump squats, door rows for speed
You might even add 4) Hypertrophy day: reduce reps to 8-12 per set by antagonistic resistance (e. g. flex your lats/biceps while doing pushups), slowing down the tempo (e. g. to 6-10 secs for each rep), or using a weight vest if available
Core work would have to be done additionally, outside of this format.
Does this program make sense if you don’t have access to weights?
