A 40 year old plan that was never even close to being implemented.

Our government has crazy plans for everything and they are all garbage.
A plan that involved the killing of innocent people. Plans that had some backing and thank God were never carried out.

The fact that you dismiss the aforementioned discussions by our government simply becuase the plans were “40 years old and were never implemented” is pathetic. You should be disgusted that such plans even made that far.

But hey, who cares, the game is on the beer is getting warm, right?

Well…quite honestly I have to agree with you there. That is a great thing to help out with. It’s a shame Farrakhan never did that.

Does this mean I’m apologizing for the man? No, he’s a vile character, same as Pat Robertson.

Ha ha…Robertsons not my favorite…not even close. But we are just going to have to disagree on this one.

Farakhan is just about as low as you can get and still be walking around free.

The whole liberal media argument has nothing to do with Robertson’s lunacy.

Better check you definition of the word “lunacy.” I don’t think it fits either Farakhan or Robertson.

Let me think…“eccentric” might fit Robertson. Farakhan…well I won’t get into what fits that racist, but it’s not lunacy.

I’m a Christian. Did you miss that part?

Actually, I happened to see that on a post that you did after the one that I wrote above…so I did miss it.

But, glad you’re a Christian. In the end that’s all that’s really going to matter my friend.

I’m also pro-life. But I don’t believe in killing abortionists, or in blaming them for a Muslim terrorist attack on America. Do you?

Hey…we agree again!

Two sides of the same coin.

Um…nope. Robertson is not a racist. Farakhan is a racist and a trouble maker as well.

Two completely different coins.

What on earth do the ACLU and the court system have to do with us having moral responsibility for a terrorist attack against us? Does that make ANY sense?!

I was responding to the snippet that was given. I think the court system needs an overhaul…don’t you?

Yeah, I’ve heard of Sodom and Gomorrah, thanks. But you have no problem with some nutjob fundamentalist comparing the most Christian country on earth, whatever its problems (America) to the wickedest cities of the Old Testament and saying that we somehow got what was coming to us on September 11th? You don’t find that absolutely repulsive speech, uttered two days after the massacre, as bodies were being pulled out of the rubble? That’s just “inflammatory”?

I never said that. I was simply pointing out that that is what religious leaders do, and have been doing for probably hundreds of years.

As a side note, as a Christian do you think that America is on the right track?

Pat Robertson is a nut ball too, maybe not quite at JTF’s level, but not that far off.

You know, I am going to have to disagree with you on this one. He’s a bit eccentric, but not a nutball. No where near JTF (who I hope will be posting more on how President Bush allegedly planned the twin towers bombing…I hope we can agree that that is funny stuff).
Agree to disagree I guess. But I’m still kinda surprised you don’t see Robertson for the extremist he is.

I know it’s the Internet, but reality should still mean something…no? Otherwise, it’s all good fun for the rest of us.

ZEB: After reading this part of your post, I have never been more proud of you.

BUT

From now on, you better never bitch at me for laughing at your silly-ass religious/superstitious beliefs.

I daresay that there is quite a bit more hard evidence for these weirdos to think that Bush somehow orchestrated 9/11 when he can’t even spell “nuke-you-lar” right than there is for some megalomaniacal hippie to come back to life after being dead for three days.

Just sayin’. Don’t be a hypocrite.

PS I know this was a “cheap shot” post. I just couldn’t help myself. Please don’t get mad. LOL

I think I disagree more with your terminology regarding Robertson. In order for someone to actually “be” extreme they would have to do more than throw out a few quotes, of which most were mangled by the press.

As I stated he is a religious leader. Religious leaders are more prone to view world events from a Biblical perspective. This has been happening for hundreds of years and is not out of the ordinary. In the politically correct world that we live in we really dispise anyone who would make such claims. And why? Because they are not politically correct! Is he right? Again, I doubt it. But…

The fact is, you and I don’t know as much about the Bible as Pat Robertson does. While I am constantly reading the Bible that does not make me an expert.

With that said it’s easy for us to sit back and make the claim that he is an extremist. But, for all you and I know, he may just be spot on with his assessment. Could he be? Well…of course not it simply sounds hateful and stupid…Yea…but we might not be seeing what he is seeing in various scripture.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think he is correct, but again my view is from a laymans perspective.

In other words, if an expert on the sky hollers that the sky is falling, before I disagree because it sounds so extreme I probably would want to at least open the window and take a look.

Me? Mad at you? NAWWWWWWW…

By the way, as long as you brought the subject up…

Christ coming to earth being beaten, hung on a cross, dying for us and rising after three days actually happened. There are about 400 references to Jesus Christ and all that happened to him in the Old Testament. Which was written a couple of thousand years before Jesus ever walked the earth!

I hope you are not angry with me for once again pointing out the truth.

We are going to get off-topic (big surprise) if we continue in this vein, but I’d like to point out that there are bigger coincidences which happen every day that are WAY more creepy than the minor shit you mention about the Old Testament.

For example, did you know that the government was running tests concerning hijacked aircraft the very day that 9/11 happened? If you fold a dollar just right, it looks like the twin towers photo with the fire and smoke coming out of them. What about all the crazy coincidences that those conspiracy nuts froth at the mouth about? There’s a bunch. Don’t get me started with all the coincidences which “prove” a link between the assassinations of Lincoln and Kennedy! There’s entire books written about that, which is a lot freakier than the bible.

Don’t you give any more shit to jlesk or JTF about this, you bloody hypocrite. You base your religion on shakier evidence than these guys do.

Think… don’t believe, ZEB.

Maybe…but the interesting part about that is that it makes no difference relative to the reality of the predictions made in the Old Testament about Jesus Christ coming to earth.

There are around 400 predictions of Christ coming to earth in the Old Testament. The odds of all of them being correct (which they are) are billions to 1.

This particular web site covers only 100 of those predictions. I think it’s a good place to begin if you really want to be fair and read the other side:

How about I “think” first and then believe?

That’s what I do.

And I think if you spent as much time researching the Old Testament predictions of Jesus Christ as you do posting against them on the Internet you would be better informed.

Make no mistake about it lothario. There is a God and Jesus Christ came to earth and died for our sins. You can accept that fact or reject it. But because you reject it, does not mean that it didn’t happen!

Take care,

Your Friend,

Zeb

And just because you accept it doesn’t mean that it did!

JUST READ THE 9/11 COMISSION REPORT ALREADY!

With all the questions we all had after 9/11, we have all the conclusive proof, elaborated evidence, and finished answers in this report!

Just because the Comission Report actually stated that most of the answers haven’t been found (years after) and that it is only the ‘begining’ of an ‘on going’ investigation, and actually states that there were no supportive steel columns in the buildings, just keep reading!

Be sure to check page 0 for information regarding WTC 7, that other building that you, collapsed in on itself because of…stuff.

Also check page 0 for infomartion regarding the group that actually privately controlled an entire level of the WTC prior to the collapse. (Was reported prior to 9/11, but the story was pulled after)

And about the
PENTAGON! A MISSLE DID NOT HIT THE PENTAGON WATCH THE VIDEO ALREADY!

By video I mean the one confiscated by the FBI minutes after the explosion and hasn’t nor will ever be released, because of…you know…?

Hmm…you might better stick to the “Who has the best rack” and “Penis size” threads that you have so adroitly contributed to.

Um…no no just kidding. I value your opinion…I really do…
