Weekly weigh in this morning.
Down another 4 lbs .
App bumped my up on cals.
Currently it has my daily average cals set between 2937-3110 to be compliant.
Maybe that will slow it down.

Squats ( buffalo bar) 5pro @fsl
.. worked up after last set .

Good morning : 5× 8 @ sw… these definitely woke up my back side.

Bulgaria split squats : some sets and reps just bodyweight. Cheated and draped my wrist on 2 handles to avoid having to focus on balance so i could focus on the muscles being worked. Once i get coordination down on these ill add weight.

Not sure the reason i seem to focus better when i have one major list and some accessory work. Opposed to say a fullbody .

Looks like i am tracking to be down over the 2lbs limit preset come this Saturday morning again. Even with the caloric bump.

I know skechers sells a tennis shoe that is steel toe that should be more comfortable than a standard steel toe boot.

Band pull aparts : 5 x 20 between warm up sets.

Bench : 5 pro. Worked up today to 130% of TM had another 30% in me easily. But my left elbow might have been pissed. Just playing it by ear at the moment and just listening to what my body is telling me.

FSl: ridiculously easy … coordination coming back.

Incline db : 3 sets
Db rows 4 sets
BTNP: 5 x10 @ just bar still using this to rebuild mobility and ROM in the shoulder. reps are slow and controlled.
Axel curl: 3 sets

Ive been toying with buying this little toy to do hip belt squats . Making set up easy than hell.Since setting up and standing on two boxes is a pain in the ass.

Basically i want to do them as a assistant movement.

Then it struck me why not simply do Hatfield squats since im set up for it.

Trap Bar deads: 5 pro fsl

Hatfield squats: 5 x 10 @ sw . Went light on these keeping my back angle completely vertical. Defently got some blood in the area.

Pendlay rows: 3 working sets.

One thing i hate about this period is that i dont have a true Training Max to work off of on my core lifts. Hypothetically in say 3 months or so ill be able to do reps of 20 with them following standard 5/3/1 progressing.

Villany? I am saving my pennies to soak my face in $50 a bottle mineral water. Plus lemon juice. Rubbing my face with banana peel before that. What scam?

Ok ,im lost.

Did some Airdyne for some conditioning.

I made a belt squat using some scrap 4x4, an 8 inch piece of 1” galvanized pipe and a flange, and a 4” screw in eye bolt. I drilled a hole through the back and slide my safety through it when I want to use it. I just hook a dip belt to the eye bolt, stand on 2 bumper plates and get after it.

If I were going to make it again, I’d probably use 2” pipe and use a longer 4x4, but I just used what I had lying around.

You’ll be surprised at how much more weight you can move on that thing over having the bar on your shoulders.

Sorry… The following made me think of Ashton Hall:

Ashton Hall apparently charges $10,000 for his personal training and wealth building services:

Sorry for the confusion.
