What little I did has me feeling like this…

I understand bro. My deadlift is the same way. Except it’s short torso + short arms. I don’t think it’s a coincidence 80% of my injuries come from deadlifting. Gotta work with what we’re given though, it’s never an excuse
I dont get me wrong… i still pull off the floor. I just pull with a Rogue TB1 ( shown below). Since i honesty have no plans on ever competing in Powerlifting again . Im just not concerned about pulling conventional.
I was just watching that.
Hes got great points… most of his veiwpoint ive shared for years. Im just happy to see someone else state them.
Happy cake day
Hey. Appreciate it!
Dropping weight and eating more. Life is good.
Yes and no . Since im eating allot of low caloric dense foods. IM definitely eating more volume. Ugh im going to need to food prep on the weekends.
It’ll be like riding a bike.
Hunger a problem?
Not significantly to be honestly no more than you would expect
If it’s not an issue, any consideration to upping the caloric density of the foods? Would save some time/space.
Things got a lot better for my guts when I stopped trying to fill them.
Yeah I have thought about that. Probably will do so on days i dont feel like eating allot a volume. You know how it is one day its “cool look all of this i get to shovel in my mouth”. Other days its oh “God i have to eat all this?!” so i get meet my protein requirement and not come in too low caloric wise for the day.
Yeah, his ended up being a big trap for me. I was eating SO much food volume and so few nutrients because I was trying to accomplish just this, and it wrecked my guts for a long time. I’ve gotten to the point that I’m down to 2 meals a day now and it’s been pretty liberating. Brad Kearns and Mark Sisson actually wrote a book titled “Two Meals a Day: The Simple Sustainable Strategy to Lose Fat, Reverse Aging, and Break Free From Diet Frustration Forever” that touches on the idea. It’s nice to not have to be eating or thinking about food all the time. And Robert Sikes employs a similar approach with his own style of cutting for bodybuilding, typically eating 1-2 meals a day.
Some food for thought, pun totally intended.
