I just started the bulk building workout and wanted some clarification. For example on Workout Day 2 when you do your working ests of Bench Presses and then Bent Over Rows you are supposed to do the following reps: 2 x 5-6, 1 x 10-12, 1 x 15-20. Should I be decreasing the weight for the 1 x 10-12 and the 1x 15-20. If so how much? Should I do a straight set, or make these rest pause sets, any info would be appreciated.
