A) I am Hispanic and an immigrant. So I technically have no white privilege. And obamacare put crushing financial burdens on me, made treatments I would have been able to have prior to it, no longer available because insurance would no longer cover said treatments. My cost for insurance more than doubled and the coverage was literally cut in half and I had the best plan available. What ever privilege I was due evaporated in to thin air. Nobody outside my family did me any favors. There was no privilege to lean on. And I have it good, very good.
You are 28? You’re a baby, you’ve barely lived. You will find your supposed ‘white privilege’ will not spare you anything. This thing called life is very fragile. It can leave you, wet, naked and broke in half a heart beat. And nobody around will give you hand outs.
