I think I’ve sorta hit the end of the road for linear progress on front squats. Rather than continuing to grind out a bunch of low-rep sets (I’ll save that for the squats) I’m gonna make this day a more bodybuilder-esque leg day and do leg presses as the main movement, with RP extensions/curls. Sorta analogous to how I’m treating my back in lieu of heavy chins.
