Left ankle once during pro wrestling practice at Kowalski’s.
I was doing a baseball slide which is a pretty basic move - which made it all the worse. If it had been during a high impact move then hell, it’d be a much better story.
One week later RVD broke his ankle doing the same exact move and since he’s one of the most athletic wrestlers around, I felt better b/c hey, it happened to RVD too.
Shattered my radius in a bicycle accident July '04. Then I broke it again 5 months later possibly skiing or playing “chase” with the dog in socks on a hardwood floor. Because of the excessive hardware, I didn’t really know it was broken, and just thought it was pain from overuse / cold weather. There was a very slow deformation until March of 05, when people who hadn’t seen me for a while started saying my wrist looked pretty gross. This x-ray shows the 2nd break with bent and broken plates.
The before (waiting room) and after (cast room) shots in my photos really show the difference.
4 ribs on one side(2 from trying to jump a motorcycle 2 being hit by a truck)
3 ribs on left side(fuck’en football helmet)
right wrist( from that damn truck)
both pinkies
right ankle twice
3 broken toes
nose 3 times(once from that mother f’en truck and 2 from being stupid ie fighting)
I broke my elbow once, my nose once, and my index finger playing fucking golden tee. Not my finest hour.
I went to the doctor to check out a sprained ankle I got playing football in high school, the ankle was fine, but he pointed out to me where my leg had been broken before. I had no idea it had ever been broken before. I have it narrowed down to a couple of incidents from when I was a kid.
Right foot while I was pissing next to a car. The driver of the car let his foot off of the brake and it drove up the back of my leg. The top of my foot was touching my shin. With the car parked on my foot he jumped out and asked if I was ok. What a dumbass.
My personal favorite is not a broken bone. I jumped out of a 10 foot hayloft and straddled a 2x4 leaning against the wall, my feet didn’t come close to touching the ground upon impact.
The list isn’t exactly as long as some others but seems like every time I do something (Physical Damage Too Myself) I go all out the list isn’t everything but the heavy hitters.
Shattered Left Wrist (Pics tell all) - Dirt bike Accident
1st Left knee surgery, knee cap came off on outside, helmet knocked it back to inside, ground put it back on…tore the crap out of everything!!! - H.S. Football
2nd Left Knee Surgery, removed a marble sized bone chip from left knee - Not sure what all caused this
Broken Nose 3 Times - Biking accident, Football, Basketball
2 Broken Ribs - Car Accident (I wasn’t driving)
Having my first Right knee surgery sometime this winter, have a tore meniscus and who knows what else.
Anyway I’m attaching a couple pics of my wrist before they set it. Later when I get on my other computer I’ll post some post surgery pics.
To all of you who have broken your nose, what did you do about it?
I’m starting to think that my shnoz sitting on the side of my face might lead to problems later on. It’s already pretty difficult to breathe. I’ve had sugery before but am wondering if they can just set it straight without all of that?
Broke my foot upon landing after dunking a basketball from a launch off a trampoline at the free-throw line(I blame Michael Jordan for that one :)during high school basketball practice (I’d had a couple of beers beforehand)

I haven’t done anything yet, but my brother had his done. They break it away from your face, cut and chissel any loose cartilage, straighten it back out, and you are usualy good to go in a few weeks.
He likes it alot. Breathes realy easy now, no more inflamation and infections.
