What do you eat for breakfast in phase bulking?And in phse fat loss? Better Carbo Low or High IG/II?

While bulking: Peanut butter and syrup, mixed until perfectly smooth. Then use 6 slices of buttered toast to sop up the mixture. Repeat as needed.

Eat a tablespoon of Grape Nuts.

Doogie - There’s not much protein in that suggestion, and besides, bulking doesn’t mean you have to eat unhealthy foods.
