Hi. I have one meal at 8 AM, another one at 10 AM, and my pre-workout Surge at 11:15 AM. The second meal is very high in fiber. Do you think that I’m slowing down the absortion of my pre-workout surge, or not???
It’s possible you’re slowing down the absorption of the surge. What specifically do you eat for your 2nd meal?
My second meal ( 10 AM ) is four eggs and 1 cup of that cereal called 100% Bran.
1 cup of cereal is not too much so I wouldn’t worry about it unless you feel full when you start your workout and after drinking your surge.
