Well Im sure were going to get some looks from all the old men and middle aged ladies on the treadmills finishing out the last few days of anothe failed new years resolution, but since all our gym has is a bench, we built our own box for squats that were just gonna bring with us everytime…( damn I hope this thing doesnt snap with 300 lbs on you jim) Supposed to be a rest day but the squat rack is so damn temtping, Time to go test it…

well I couldnt test it because some stuff around the house broke and had to do some shopping so I guess it will have to wait till tuesday…and I dont think anything at our gym is lower then maybe 17 inches? not positive but def. a lil to high for box squats.
