Body Fat and Performance

i have an upcoming test for the vertical, broad, and 40 yard dash- i would like to lose around 5-10 lbs of fat in order to improve performance- how should i lose it, or will the workouts tire out my body too much- i have 3 weeks

If you’re already fit then losing weight isn’t going to put your body in the right condition to perform well. Just make sure your eating lots of good foods, no hydrogenated corn syrup, trans fats, ect… train right, and you’ll do well.

If you had more then three weeks, like 8-12 weeks, then you could focus on losing weight if necessary.
