I hope this does not mean 420 mg/week of test and you just typed it strangely?

No it’s 420 mg/week. With the previous TRT group my test levels never got about 550 which is still pretty low considering the range goes all the way up to 1200+. This TRT group like to keep guys around 1000. If my levels start getting too high then the doc will lower the dosage.
If your levels were at 550 on 200 mg/week, you were not taking real test or you have a strange body issue that metabolizes test too quickly. Or your doctors didn’t test you at the right time.
Were you taking once weekly doses? How long after your last injection was your labs?
420 mg/week is not TRT…it is a lowish dose permanent AAS cycle.
And you are taking 3 mg of Adex a week too then? Way too much.
How much Adex per week would you take with 420mg test per week? My old docs only wanted me taking 200mg every 2-3 weeks.
I am working with a new Endocrine Center and I just had a ton of labs done.

Your test is only 445 on 420 mg/week? Doesn’t seem right. Even if you were doing half the test, I’d think you’d be higher.
Did you ever get your E2 checked? Looked like that was suggested previously. Mine was shot to nil on just 0.5 - 1.0 mg Adex per week. I am an over-responder but if you were doing 3mg, it is possible your E2 was lower than ideal especially with those T values.
Your LDL is a little high and would be nice to see your HDL above 60. You could take gamma tocotrienols or flushing niacin to help with your lipid profile. Hematocrit seems a bit high too. Post cycle mine was about 55 and I donated blood. Felt better afterwards.
I can’t speak to the other labs w/o the reference ranges. Just my 2 cents
Are you still on exogeneous test? If so, why on earth would you be asking about your LH/FSh levels since they are exactly what they should be considering exogenous T suppresses your LH/FSH production from the pituitary.
What brand of Test were you taking when your levels were so low on high doses? Was it provided by the doctor’s pharmacy, or did you get it filled elsewhere? Something is rotten in the state of Denmark.
