I will piss a lot of people but saying the best bang for your buck is Flameout or any omega-3 without knowing if the OP wants a supplement that benefit “health” or “performance” isnt appropriate.
Flameout, or any other omega-3, does have a drastic impact on someone’s "physique from a performance standpoint…

Fish oils helped me tons, but Flameouts in particular, due to the higher dosing really made a bigger impact than all the store brand capsules I had been downing. Of course if your joints are aching just from years and years of beatings, anything that allows you to still train and make progress can be seen as a godsend in terms of bang for your buck.

Flameout is a great product…but It hurts my stomach. Wish I could take it.
Thank you for the input! I am looking for performance but am interested in health as well. I will look into MAG-10.
As for probiotics, I have some reading to do. Step 1 - sauerkraut and yogurt. Same goes for zinc and Vit D. I don’t take a multi anymore because I felt like I was pissing it all away…
Does anyone know any website that has a lot of good info on probiotics. I went to the store and saw some on the shelves but there were so many different kinds and numbers that I had no idea what to get. I’m guessing different kinds affect different things and it matters which you choose?
