do you have any idea why they changed it if so many people liked it?
Well, that was before Biotest included Micellar Casein in the protein. If I remember correctly, when they first added the Micellar Casein, there wasn’t MUCH of a change, but over the years, it has gone through numerous revisions.
While the current Metabolic Drive (especially chocolate) is delicious, it mixes up less thick, and the dry powder is of a finer consistency than it used to be.It used to have a stronger hazelnut/coconut aroma/flavor as well.
If I recall, Biotest has always been on the lookout for better “quality” proteins, and when they find better suppliers, the formula properties change somewhat.

I loved the old Grow! protein (when it wasn’t whey); both the low carb version and the meal replacement were awesome. The texture and taste were unbeatable.
You could also make a super kick ass pudding that was pretty fluffy with that stuff, as opposed to making a sort of slime with the protein now.

Probably quality of ingredients is higher now, and possibly the price was better this way.
Also could be that more people prefer it this way?

but, what about for Anaconda, that’s not flavored (or am I wrong)
I did mean the Surge Workout Fuel, but wasn’t able to edit it for clarity since the post took forever to come up, for some reason.
I haven’t been using Anaconda yet since it would have confused my take on the Surge Workout Fuel if I had introduced both at the same time or similar times. Best to see what single changes do.

So that means it’s being tested?
You better ship internationally!
Don’t you mean, “You better ship me a bottle to help with the testing. Quality control is very important to me and I’m willing to do whatever to help you out.”
