Bioavailable T- Lab Results Not Low Enough

So this is kinda a tricky matter -I went to a testicular and kidney ultrasound the friday before last and had a original Bio-T test last friday after my second Bio-T testosterone test the I began my nolvadex restart with 20mg of nolvadex before bed, today I get a call from the endo in toronto saying he needs even more bloodwork… should I stop the attempt at a restart or continue w nolvadex and what is the half life of its effects, should I just tell him out right I didn’t think I would be hearing from him till November and couldn’t wait that long so decided to take the serm test on my own?

DHEA is raw material to make T. DHEA is Rx in Canada, really dumb.

How much red meat to you eat? low iron?
And gut problems? blood loss and low iron
Food sensitivities?

You have any iodine in your diet? [TSH] Read the advice for new guys sticky.

What vitamins and supplements?
Exposure to chemicals or fumes?
What drugs do you take Rx or OTC.
Allergies?

When did this start?
Any blows to the head or whiplash prior to that?
Any reduction of peripheral vision or other visual non-refractive changes?

Low DHEA is consistent with adrenal fatigue and your stated symptoms.
Report you body temperatures.

Exposure to chemicals or fumes : Lived in a house overrun with black mold 2 months in the summer for 2 years, turned out I was super allergic to it and my eyelids swelled shit skin dried out and cracked and weeped.

No Allergies

It started alt least 2 years ago - my mom said I changed at the around puberty, became more depressed and reclusive, I was a late bloomer as well

Knocks to the head - I’ve had between 3-5 concussions one was 2 years ago in a rugby training camp I took a concussion to the right temple that left me without hearing for 3 weeks in my right ear. After the concussion I was banned from any game with physical contact

No reduction in peripheral vision.
I have astigmatism, but apparently its improving
Heart rate rests at 55bpm
body temperature has always come back at 97 when tested

Sorry to open this up again, I’ve been needing the forums help again in understanding whats happening again.

Thanks to all the dedicated and kind members for helping me while I found an understanding endocrinologist. Last year I finally found one who gave me a clomid restart ( 25 mg mon/wed/fri x3months). Unfortunately during this time my endocrinologist forgot to get blood taken so we have no solid proof it worked but as I can describe it "basically within 6 weeks at some point I was sitting at the busstop looking around and boom suddenly the world was better and more accessible it was like someone turned on the tv switch to colour after I had been watching it in black and white for so long — and up until that point you didnt realize it was in black and white - and I suddenly realize “fuck, this is what life is supposed to feel like”, my sleeps got better, I started having morning wood, I was happy and had a positive outlook on life and I was horny 24/ ---- the downside was that I had realllly bad pain in my knees someday I wouldnt be able to stand for more that 15 minutes at a time from aches.

At christmas I also had a MRI of my brain which came back positive for a microandema (3mm mass) in my pituitary gland, their ust planning on watching it at the moment.

Unfortunately around may/june all the original problems started coming back but more mildly then they were before

in may my total testosterone came back as

19.8 nmol/L (range 8.4-28.8) — awesome so we started looking at other things that could be the culprit

In august I hit rock bottom and had my levels checked for my next checkup and he says their alright still but I’m basically where I was at before - I can do 2 hours of lifting with sweat pouring off and I have no need to use deodorant, I legitimately don’t smell any more.

my levels came back as

Total T 14.0nmol/L orrr 400ng/dl (8.4 - 28.8)

FSH 3 IU/L (range 2-8)
LH 2 IU/L (range 2-6)
