as much as I think that Body For Life book is newbie shit, it actually got me into lifting when I got out of high school.
I am a bit surprise that TC hasn’t chimed in yet, you know he is dying to say something. 
I remember getting his newsletter (pre mm2k) and ordering spikes from him, since they were legal to obtain in Colorado

I think he looks like Burt Reynolds from Striptease. And I agree with P-X, the time I start being critical of another man’s hairstyle is the time I quit lifting and become an interior decorator.
