Sure, they just make all villains a couple of shades darker than the good guys.
Spider Walt Disney in that episode of Robot Chicken when he starts eating kids is quite an asshole.
The lawyer from Cellular, played by Rick Hoffman. Guy has carved out quite a niche for himself as the ‘token asshole’.

Al Pacino in Scent of a Woman. I couldn’t work out the significance of the title, or why he shouted “hoo-ha!” every five seconds. Then I realized that he could smell hoo-ha, which has the scent of a woman. So, the movie is all about hoo-ha. Deep stuff.
