Those people would have yellow teeth anyways. All you need to do is brush and floss daily and you’re good to go.
Try waking up before the sun, working a 12hr day, and then having training, on a weekly basis, for months on end…without caffeine.
That’s great that you’re not ‘into’ caffeine. all the more for the rest of us.
back on topic: coffee + chocolate protein is amazing…you are correct OP.
There have definitely been studies about how caffeine not only increases muscle endurance but also power output. An article on T-Nation (a while back) mentioned this fact.
Why do you think they sell Spike here? It’s roughly the equivalent (in terms of caffeine, I know it has other ) of three cups of black coffee. Basically, caffeine is awesome.

I believe this is the exception and not the rule unfortunately. What I was referring to is the NEED for an energy boost every morning/workout for everyday folk. Most work a 9-5 with no excuse for a poor diet other than laziness. These people have more time than I do for sure. Yea, I’m 28 and have been active my entire life, given pretty good genetics, and able to eat a decent diet. 2 outta 3 of those everybody can control.
