Bernie Beats Bezos

Which jobs did you contact that told you a smartphone and head-gear were mandatory? Did you look at any data entry-type jobs or anything that doesn’t require phone skills? There are tons of options here.

This is genuinely good to hear. No joke, if you share some details about what you’re doing, we might be able to help out some way.

I understand that, and it sucks. But the fact remains you have the energy to make dozens and dozens and dozens of posts every week online. I do believe you could channel that time and energy into something financially productive.

Nope. That’s like me saying I’m not allowed to get the car I want because the automotive industry is run for profit. Exact same principle. Allowed has absolutely nothing to do with it.

It is how Christ answered a lot of the questions that were asked of him.

Do higher wages ALWAYS translate into higher unemployment numbers?

So you’d be happier if Bezos’s workers were subsidized by the taxpayer? I guess he couldn’t afford it?

I believe you’ve just described yourself as the phony that you are. Consistently arguing for smaller government but backing policies that create bigger government. Why the hypocrisy?Amazon is only 1 example.

Does this make it right?

No, the most naïve thing is to do nothing about it and let the government take care of it because the richest man in the world can’t.

So did he have problems with speech?

Yes. His breathing was very short and shallow, which limited the number of words he could use in a breath.

I don’t even care. Dude literally wrote the above…

I yield. I’m gonna need Stem Cell therapy to re-grown all of my lost brain cells from reading these garbage ass threads everyday.

Crowdfund for the money to get the equipment and a year of phone service or request a grant from the same who ask you to payback by contributing to a pay forward fund.

If grifters of every sort are getting money or auctioning french fries that look like Madonna, someone will send you the small funds needed to be productive at the level you are able.

So how did he communicate with potential clients and furthermore make sales?

No don’t. All those people reporting positive effects are lying. Besides, clinical trials on humans are the only way to prove something works not results.

Some probably see results, others are experiencing a placebo effect. It’s very real and people spending $50k on stem cells as a last resort have more reason to believe in their treatment than anyone else.

But, more importantly, because it’s not controlled we don’t know if it’s the Stem Cells helping them, a placebo effect, other factors like going keto in conjunction with stem cell treatments, or a combination because the Stem Cell institute doesn’t control for these things.

Not that you care because you’re a stem cell sheep.

It’s the only way that I’m aware to prove it’s the STEM CELLs that are working and not something else or a combination of a bunch of things.

But here we are, again, talking about stem cells in a thread about Jeff Bezos and the minimum wage…

Funny how that always happens.

Lol. Another viewpoint, lol

https://economicrt.org/publication/effects-of-a-fifteen-dollar-an-hour-minimum-wage-in-the-city-of-los-angeles/

This is a projection, there are no citations more recent than 2015 (1) and most are from 2014. This is not a, “The minimum wage was raised to $15 and this is what happened…” it is a, “We think these things should/will happen if we raise the minimum wage.” This does not support your view like you think it does.

What he posts never does.

What actually happens in real life, not the fantasy land you live in, when the government forces wage increases.

We will see in time. Who is more right. I’m sure you’ll be vindicated and this is overall detrimental.

From the study. "It’s really important to emphasize it’s a work in progress

A different study from the PERI Institute on the effects of raising the minimum wage in the fast food industry.

Real question - what do you think of the studies that find raising the minimum wage prices low skilled workers from those jobs? I mean, I get your studies, they’re very nice but they don’t tell the whole story (I’m not saying the ones that say raising the min wage hurts the workers that the policy aims to help are telling the whole story either). I’m curious if you’ve actually read them and try to understand them?

If you’re not sure what I’m talking about I suggest you go over to Cato.org or Mises.org, Reason.com I believe has published some stories on the subject, aier.org has also touched on it … humanprogress.org might have also touched on it…

Curious if you ever peruse think tank website that DON’T promote your ideology … have you dipped you toe in the other pools that are out there?
