Just a quick question. As opposed to regular O-lifts, do you apply maximal force from the start of the lift?
Poundage wise, how do barbell O-lifts compare to the 1 hand dumbbell O-lifts or the regular kind?

For me I deadlift the bar normally until it gets to my knees. Try to keep a ggod posture (i.e. hips low and rising at the same spped as the bar, back straight, shoulders bar a bit, chin up). When the bar passes my knees try to explode upwards but only pushing through my legs (i.e. no arm pull). So slowish from the groung to knee, fast and explosive from above knees.
Don’t do many one arm lift. Can’t one arm clean at all. But one arm barbell snatch to power snatch is about 66% or a bit more without really pushing it.
