Tui’s great in Auckland, but when it gets further down south it gets flat.

Guinness
Irish car bombs
The Everheart - Captain and Redbull
Gin and Tonic
Jack and diet coke

energy drink + vodka, it’s pretty cheap here
local beers

when i get my scolarship and some money → gin and tonic all the way

if it’s a party, there’s always a bottle of tequila for me

Tried and True

And for when I’m feelin a little classier

Coors Light or Miller GD, not really into spirits. Maybe a sip of JD every now and then but thats it.

My issue (of the MANY) is that I have WAY too many opportunities to drink because of my business. The mortgage / real estate industry is a bunch of alcoholics. So when I entertain clients (just about every day), I usually take them to one of about three places that I’ve been taking clients to for years and I order my “usual”, which is a cranberry and club soda with a SPLASH (about half a teaspoon) of Absolut citron. Over a long lunch, I may drink three or four of these, while my client has had three or four strong ones. Suffice it to say, I usually get what I’m negotiating for!

At evening events, I usually order a glass of red that I just carry around all night. (I used to order a beer and then fill the bottle up with water in the bathroom)

When I want to drink, it depends on the activity. If I’m partying with my friends, we like to pound Irish car bombs, soco and lime shots (I know, I know, I grew up in Baltimore, so give me a break!), DECENT beer (generally not american or anything with the word “Lite”), or Johnny Walker Blue label if I’m chillin’.

At clubs when I’m there to meet people and have fun, it’s vodka tonic or Bacardi and Diet (depending on how fat I’m feeling)

If I’m at a rave where I’m dancing my ass of until 7 am, my old standby is vodka red bull.

With a young lady, it’s generally wine to go with the meal.

That sounds like a lot, but I usually have under ten drinks a week - sometimes under five and most of it’s very weak. That’s doing pretty good for me!

Makers Mark, on the Rocks.

If I’m felling fancy, I’ll order Scotch, easy on the ice. I haven’t been tasting scotches long enough to know what I like though.

I don’t do cocktails or mixed drinks. I’m more of a beer guy that’s into craft brews and micro breweries. Being from San Diego, I’m kind of spoiled. Here, in San Diego we have two craft brew companies that are rated among the best in the world, Stone and Ale Smith. We have a bunch of other little microbreweries that are making a name for themselves as well…companies like, Ballast Point, Port Brewing and Lost Abbye.[/quote]

Those Stone Brewery guys are good people, professionally at least. I’ve never had their beer though. I don’t really care to drink.

Jack and Coke or Captain and Coke.

Grey Goose and soda-when I had the money
Monopolova or Citron and soda now

Lager. Yuengling.

Amaretto Bacardi & Coffee aka ABC

Beer or Captain and Coke.

Probably won’t find these at any bar lol , but I enjoy Belgium beers from time to time. Think Chimay.

Once in a while I’ll have a patron on rocks with lime \
Glass or two of wine with a young lady also.

Yeah I’m not a big drinker:D Now rewind to when I was 19 or so. Things were different. Lots of bud light/budweiser, Mickeys 40oz.

Second the Arrogant Bastard for the Win. Also had a chance to split a 22 oz bottle of Sublimely Self-Righteous Ale with a coworker after our shifts, because we happen to carry that one. Absolutely amazing.

When out, I tend to go for light domestic beers (Bud Light in particular), Gin and Tonic, or Whiskey Sour.

Don’t drink anymore, but mixed drinks: Hennessy Sidecar

Otherwise, I’d sip on some tequila with a side of sangrita or some Scotch on the rocks.

Depends on mood and event.

BBQ with friends - Modelo Especial, Victoria, Leon or Negro Modelo possibly made into a Michelada. (found some good Filippino beers whilst out there for work last month
Friends round for a drink - Bombay Saphire and Tonic.
Bar in England - Start the night on Guiness or IPA then switch to G&T or Jack and Coke
Bar in Mexico - Bottle of whatever everyone is drinking with mixers or Martini’s if we are ordering by the drink.
With a meal - Wine
After a meal - Disarono straight up, no ice
Even later after a meal - Single Malt straight up, no ice
At a wedding - Paloma (Tequila and Graprefruit in a salted glass)
Later at a wedding - Decent sipping tequila or whisky straight up no ice
Even later at a wedding - whatever we can lay our hands on.
Breakfast - Bloody Mary

Southern Comfort and Coke

or

Oktoberfest Spaten Lager

So, are we ever going to see pictures so we can judge how “fat” you may or may not feeling?

I stick with Captain and Coke. Long Islands are awesome, as are Jager Bombs, and I love shots of varying kinds, never a straight liquor though. One night, about 40 lbs ago, I had 4 Captain and Cokes, 7 Jager bombs, 1 (possibly 2) Long Islands, and numerous shots. I don’t remember leaving the parking lot, but obviously I was successful driving 1.5 miles back to my apartment.
