my libido has been iffy as of late and I jerked it for first time in like a week and a half, fuck my balls hurt so bad afterwards. Idk why i had to say this but I wanted too. And yes I agree it is a cool story.
I feel your pain but I’m yet to find solutions. Some say Proviron at 100-150mg daily might help?
You have ED. Some of us have a hard time orgasming. Tren is a weird beast. But I feel “off” without it on cycle!
I received my blood test results today. Hopefully someone here can help interpret them and give me a direction as to why I may still be having these issues with low libido and ED after coming off my cycle.

Thanks for your help.
Do you really want your real name thrown out there with your admitted use of illegal substances?
All I really see there that is concerning is your E2 is pretty low. Might want to back off the AI dose just a bit and bring it up a little bit and see if that helps things. Too low of E2 is sometimes just as bad as E2 when your johnson is concerned.
Your prolactin is very low, but I assume you are on some sort of dopamine antagonist (I only read your intro post and skimmed the rest). I can’t say if this is a bad thing or not (though I suspect it isn’t) but it has put you out of range. I think this is probably a small contributor, if any at all.
Any idea why your iron is so high? IIRC high iron can cause blood flow issues, which might also be impacting happy time. Maybe look into that a little bit.
Weird that your Free T is so high, but your Total T is within range. That is rather unexpected, though seems to correspond to your low SHBG. This isn’t relevant to your issue, just something I saw that was interesting.

I was hoping you’d reply! Thank you.
My e2 is low, I’m on adex at .5/eod. I’m going to back it off to .25/eod and see if I can bring my e2 back to normal.
I haven’t been on a dopamine antagonist since my cycle ended 7 weeks ago. I’m not sure why my prolactin is so low. I was on very high does, near the end. It could just take a while for my prolactin to recover.
I believe you’re right about my free test. It’s simply not bound because my SHBG is suppressed.
My liver numbers(AST & ALT) concern me. I’m a relatively heavy drinker and my last cycle was very heavy on orals. The high iron could be caused by the liver damage but it’s also caused by the body breaking down excess red blood cells caused by the increase in RBC from heavy steroid use. Low SHBG can also be caused by liver damage as well but it’s likely from the cycle and simply hasn’t normalized.
I was going to start another cycle on Monday, but I think I’ll wait a month, cut he alcohol, drink more water, take some milk thistle and get another blood test in a month to see where I’m at.
Something else I learned tonight. Alcohol increases the conversion of test to E2. Not a good thing, ever, but especially while on a cycle.
Regardless, my libido is still rock bottom. I’m almost never interested even though my test is high and e2 is relatively normal.
I think cutting your AI dose in half is the right move. Hopefully that would help.
I noticed your AST/ALT were real high, but that is pretty common from hard training weightlifters that I have seen. It can be indicative of liver damage, but it is well understood that at least one of them (if not both) can be elevated from tissue damage caused by weightlifting. Both of mine are high and I don’t pay them any attention.
SWD’s post is spot on…
At this point if you’ve been adjusting / controlling prolactin, as long as E2 levels are in check, it can be a dopamine issue… Hows the libido when your NOT already arroused… Gone by chance?
Still get an erection with low libido happening?
Tap it… Your liver values are hell… consider a break.
E2 and prolactin look fair
Ease up on Caber/ AIs
Also, your shgb is low enough to have some delivery issues…
IMHO, I think dopamine is your problem… Trenbalones and nandralones are merciless when it comes to shutdown of the testes. In addition they affect the pathways for dopamine and serotonin synthesis …
In order for a proper erection to take place ( proper meaning : simplicity to achieve and rigid quality throughout the session) several things are in play… your song is all to familiar.
Many aas users get to this point and can not figure why there pecker is like a rope during sex. In addition to the HPTA there are SEVERAL other axis’ that take some direction from HPTA… Your tren is fussing with another one…!
It will pass when the offending compound is cleared and axis ( not HPTA, dopaminergic region of Hypo. ) has time to reconfigure…
Daily L-tyrosine can help a bit with dopamine production…
Funny how you want big muscles to feel and look more manly. But you’re unable to perform a basic male function. Was it worth it?

Good question. I abused it and now I’m paying the price. Had I used tren, at lower doses, for a shorter term I probably wouldn’t be having this problem. I’ve been off tren for months and am still having issues. In this case, no, it wasn’t worth it. I look WAY better than I did before I took the cycle. My LBM is up 5lbs and I cut 20lbs of fat. I look great, even after being off for months, but it’s very mentally painful when I can’t perform. I wlll probably never use tren again after this experience.
I’m giving blood tomorrow. I’ll let everyone know if that helps.

Thanks for your input. I’m not judging…just curious.

OP do you have an update on your progress? I am having the exact same problem as you. Its been 7 months now and although I have made slight improvement I am still struggling to keep it up.

Have you checked prolactin?
[quote]BUDs wrote:

I had my bloodwork done and all was absolutely fine. My prolactin was as follows:
Prolactin 155 mu/L (45-315)
Unfortunately this is not a hormone problem. I wish it was, then it would be easy to fix. I am inclined to go with what ztanzanite says in that this is something to do with neurotransmitters (have read the same elsewhere), but I have tried many supplements with limited results. I thought I was getting better for a while when I managed to get erect and cum with a girl but then suddenly over night I went right back to square one again. I just can’t get aroused.
I am reading other peoples posts on the internet with guys saying its been 6+ years and they havent recovered and others saying they have never recovered from this and they believe it to be permanent. I am extremely scared. I am never, never, going to touch steroids ever again after this. I regret it more than anything else I have ever done in my life.
ztanzanite if you can give me any more information about what you know I would seriously appreciate it.

Do you know what your prolactin was before cycle? If not, I would lower it even more, to see if that helps.
UPDATE: I’ve been dealing with this issue for nearly a year now. There have been some good times, but mostly I have low or ZERO libido. By zero I mean I would rather shovel fresh cow shit than have sex. It seems like a chore and I abhor the though of it.
During sex I often can’t keep it up. I tend to like it very rough and after 20-30 minutes I need a break as my wood will not function.
I’ve tried playing with my test dosages, playing with my adex dosage, playing with my caber dosage and nothing works or seems to have predictable results.
I’m on another cycle now, I added tren in for about 6 weeks but I get REALLY angry on the stuff and have decided to stop using it forever. My body does not like it.
I’m in the best shape of my life. I look incredible. I have woman desperately wanting to fuck me and I’m mostly not interested. When I do have sex, I look at it as a chore most of the time. Sometimes I’m really into it, but after 20-30 minutes, I’m basically done. I just don’t want to continue.
I’m finishing this cycle(750mg test & 600mg eq) and then I’m taking a break from gear for a while. I’m hoping to let my body reset and heal.
This has been an incredibly painful experience. I’ve never had problems with my libido or my wood. Now, woman chase me and I can’t or don’t want to perform.
I’ll update this post again in 6 months. Hopefully I’ll have some positive news.
wait a minute: you had libido issues for a year after taking tren, so you decided to do another cycle with tren?
Did that really seem like a good idea?
Does any one else find it Ironic that “Tap It Deep” can’t tap it deep… Or is it just me.
