I have been putting this off for a while because all i hear is how deca helps peoples joints and aches, but i have done 2 deca cycles and was not able to finish due to my elbows having severe pain.
when it first happened i thought it would go away but it just coudlnt train my uper body the pain was so great about a week or two after i quit using deca it went away. I decided it was just a coincidence my elbo hurt and started a differnt cycle with deca, after bout a week the same thing happened.
this time i just dropped the deca and continued the test and the pain went away after a few weeks and i finished up my cycle. Has anyone experienced anything like this or have any sort of scientific thought of what might have been happening? I have done a few cycles and only ones with BD deca hurt.

bro, I have always heard the same, deca is supposed to help the joints. My joints kill me on Deca, but I still love the shit! If ya keep on these forums, you’ll see that what a certain substance is supposed to do isn’t always the way it is. Everyone reacts differently from roid to roid.
Maybe up the fish oils, flax, and some glucosamine type shit while ya do it. And while I hate to admit, the NSAIDS seem to help me.
I myself am one who personally gets tremendous benefit from Deca. However, as aforemnetioned not everyone responds the same way to the same thing. If Deca does in fact promote the body to store more fluid in the joints then I suppose it could worsen certain pre-existing conditions.
Hmmmmm, Deca promotes collagen production within joints, right? I guess more water stored in there prolly would happen before collage was synthesized… hmmmmmm…
