I wrote the following paragraph late this past summer:
I’m a FFB in progress. I have lost more than 40 lbs over the past year with T-Nation. Eating clean (mostly), moving more, lifting weights. Oh, and getting sick a few times knocked weight off too.
I’m not going for competition, just health. I did hurt my back this summer and am still working my way back, so I am doing most of Magnificent Mobility, a little light lifting, and a lot of walking for now.
Here is my update
Totally jacked up. Put weight back on - still 25-30 less than my heaviest, but not headed the right way. Since my back injury I’ve been chicken shit when it comes to lifting.
Any thoughts or sound suggestions?
