I’m hoping someone can give me some advice on this as it’s been going on for 5 weeks now.
The pain seems to be in three points and shifts between the three, it feels almost bruised or like I have minor cramp in my back.
The three locations are all on the right side of the back. Lower right about an inch and a half up and an inch in from the hip area. Then even further right towards the actual tailbone but not centered there, still on the right side. Lastly I have the same pain in the middle of my back again on the right side, close to the spine. I’d almost say you could draw a straight line from the tailbone area of pain to the pain in my mid-back.
This wasn’t a lifting related injury as far as I know. I woke up one morning with cramp in my right hamstring and ever since I’ve had this pain in my back. Not sure if that’s related.
I’ve checked the area out for lumps and stuff but I haven’t found any. I know that doesn’t mean anything much but the immediate thought is that it’s muscular.
Heat seems to help a lot and so does drinking which I guess relaxes the body.
Hey man, good on you for reaching out for help. I’ll do my best, but I’ve had a similar pain where I could barely stand up for about 6 months, this is roughly what fixed it.
First we need to loosen your hips, and then strengthen your glutes. This warm up has all of that.
Do this daily and you should get some relief right away.
Also, it sounds like your glute medius is off a bit. So do 50-100 of these daily until it comes around, both sides.
For further reading, read Bret Contreras advanced glute trainng.
This should fix you up, but I’d also do this to get the knot out in your low back.
That’s all you’ve gotta do, you just have to do it everyday.
Now when you drink you can use it to meet girls instead of relieve pain.
