Athletes Diet

I’m 5’10" and 145 LBS. I am 15 years old and I have a really fast metabolism. Here is a sample of my diet:

Meal 1 -
1 Cup Oats
2 Scoops Classic Grow!
1.5 Tbs. Flax Seeds
1 Cup Berries
1 Banana
2 Fish Oil Caps

Meal 2:
2 oz. Walnut/Almond mix
Chicken Breast Sandwich on Wheat
1 Fish Oil Cap

Meal 3:
4 Whole Eggs
Chicken Breast Sandwich on Wheat
Veggies
1 Fish Oil Cap

Meal 4: PWO (all in a shake except the apple)
2 Scoops Classic Grow!
1 Banana
2 Cups Fat Free Milk
1/2 Cup Oats
Apple

Meal 5:
Whole Wheat Flax Pasta
Chicken or meat from last nights dinner
Veggies

Meal 6:
Some kind of meat
a good carb source
lots of veggies in a salad with olive oil

Meal 7: Before Bed
3 Tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
1 Cup Cottage Cheese

This ammounts to about 4400 Calories. I was wondering if you guys thought I should make any changes as I am trying to get to 165 Lbs. by the start of my football season in about 6 months, which I think I can accomplish. I also take a multivitamin and Vit. C, enzymes, and accidophilus.

Looks good to me. Just be consistent and work hard in the gym.

Look good to me as well. Only thing I might think of changing due to it just bugging me would be dragging 1 fish oil for this meal or that meal. I would make it simple and take them at one whack in the AM maybe a few more at night.
