Anxiety, depression and otherwise emotional…ness is a very common occurrence in people with graves (I apologize if I come off as insensitive here).

I can’t imagine how I’d feel with a constant RHR of over 100, I’d probably be very anxious.

You aren’t nuts, and fuck being normal anyway, normal people are boring. My best friend is one of the zaniest people I know, and that why he’s my best friend, I love how abnormal and eccentric he is, and be likes how different I am compared to regular teenagers (unfortunately he lives in the US, but we still see each other like 2x/yr). I have many many many many many many problems, but it’s part of what makes @unreal24278, @unreal24278, gotta own it ya know.

If you want to talk my email is in my bio.

I hope you’re parental guardian doesn’t actually recommend you drink you’re way out of sadness, it’s a slippery slope that doesn’t work. Booze is terrible for you in just about every conceivable way (although I’m a huge hypocrite for saying this because I drink socially myself)

Hangovers are terrible, I can’t vouch for the majority of symptoms that most feel (headache, sickness etc, never had that but the general sense of lethargy, increased cardiac output etc sucks, it feels like you’ve poisoned yourself because you literally have lol #acetomaldehyde) and darker liquors like whiskey tend to have traces of methanol (even more toxic).

Why are you so unhappy that you feel the need to drink? I sometimes feel this way when I wish to escape the shitty reality of… Life, so when people are giving me shit/messing with me at school… And thus happens a loooooot (typically because I’m a bit different) not important, but everyone feels this way every once and a while, the trick is to know it’s temporary and that while a chemical fix in the form of recreational drug use may acutely make you feel better, it’s not a good long term cure.

Should also add the shit that I’ve seen people do while intoxicated is far more severe than anything I’ve ever seen anyone do under the influence of numerous other substances. Alcohol, despite being legal and accepted by society, is bad news… Marijuana is better (although still probably really bad for you, just doesn’t cause people to kill each other, nor is it as harsh on the liver, kidneys, esophagus, gastrointestinal lining etc)… Please don’t use either as an escape route.

My mom highly recommends liquor.

Been there, done that! But it’s been a longer ago than you have been alive🤣[quote=“unreal24278, post:1447, topic:246605”]

I’m not sad, I’m batshit crazy :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I just want feel like me again.

How old r u chicken?

Btw in this case do not listen to your mother. Is your mom an alcoholic?

I came over on the Mayflower!
Nah, she just likes whiskey. She turned 77 yesterday, can’t agrue with results.

Try not to do anything to crazy while you are down!

Your Mother-in-law needs to do something about the thyroid, it can do all kinds of crazy things to a person. She might need it killed. What other tests have they done other than TSH? Antibodies, T3, T4, reverse T3?

They’ve done nothing else which leaves the picture incomplete. I’ve suggested many tests but getting her to her appointments is proving challenging for her husband, she’s uncooperative.

Don’t give up hope. I think you know that I know this feeling all too well. I have my good days and my bad. On my bad days I feel sorry for myself for a bit and then I tell my problems to go fuck themselves, seems to work

I gotcha! Got to just carry on!

Just haven’t slept in a couple of weeks, makes me bitchy…lol
I think I figured out what happened after thinking about it. Monday I took a Clarititn because you have to shovel oak pollen here like snow right now. Claritin has never bothered me before. BUT! I also took a CoQ10 which I haven’t taken in years. I think this was the culprit. Either way I might as well have poured kerosene over my head and set myself on fire, and drank some of it. Absolutely miserable Monday until about noon today. Finally feeling half way human again right now. We’ll put the CoQ10 right up there with hangovers. Probably be another 20 years before I have another one

Hi my name is Mike. I’ve never taken steroids before but I have very itchy puffy nipples. It hurts when I lay on my chest. It’s been 3 weeks. I’ve read that letrozole, Nolvadex, raxifene can help. Please advise.

Yeah, she will be. A TSH of 20.1 is off the chart. She needs to see an endo, and she is going to be all over the place. I don’t know how to wrangle her, but she is in serious shape.

Anastrozole will be easiest to get. What’s your E2?

Have you taken anything? Like wierd supplements or pro hormones?

Either way I don’t reccomend self curing your symptoms. Drugs like letro and such aren’t something to mess around with unless you have a good understanding of how they work etc. Your best bet is to schedule appointment with an endo and go from there

Thanks for responding, I don’t know what e2 is. I’m seeing my Dr. Tomorrow morning. I will look for anastrol, thanks again.

Whats an endo? Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

I’ve never taken anything besides multivitamins and pea protein, whey protein, creatine. Only thing I didnt sleep for 36 hours due to trip to Thailand and cant sleep in plane. I’m 6’4" :frowning:

E2 is Estradiol, the estrogen most important for you to watch. Endo = endocrinologist. Nobody sleeps well on a plane. Arimidex is the brand name for anastrozole. Some guys don’t react well to it, nolvadex is easier on their systems. Most guys are fine with it, just be real careful about the dose/

Can’t exactly pinpoint as to why coq-10 would cause such an adverse reaction, however everyone is different (and the supplement industry is largely unregulated, hell I recall one supp company was caught putting dimethazine in vit B12 (certainly won’t have anaemia if you take THAT form of vit B12 lololololololololololol)
