Ask Physiolojik Thread

So Dr Sir doesn’t know you in person, thus it’s very difficult, if not impossible to make an exact diagnosis and then suggest a treatment plan. You’re symptoms overlap with that of many different conditions (hypogonadism, dopamine deficiency, hyperprolactinemia etc) hence the multiple suggestions.

While you could do a test+mast (or test+DHT) cycle, in all likelihood, assuming you have no serious undiaggosed endocrine pathology, you’d probably recover, question is are you willing to wait?

Btw Dylan Gemelli was one of those guys who aggressively pushed/pushes SARMS, and cardarine, while I respect that he’s an advocate for low dosages, I’m not sure if he actually has people’s health in mind if he’s pushing relatively unresearched supplements.

?? I’m under the impression that any amount of alcohol, ever is bad for us, yet we drink it anyway due to the exotic taste (think different wines, unhealthy, sugary liquors like sambuca or whisky) or due to the effect it gives.

@unreal24278 absolutely bud. Thank you. And yes I wish people would chill on “research chems”

I am just trying to fix my situation. After first visiting my doctor 2 years ago and getting no answers i went to google. I got 3 common results for my symptoms. 1. Cauda Equina syndrome
2. Low Testosterone/e2 3. Post Finasteride Syndrome.

@joeviv10 I’m not comfortable giving any diagnosis on an Internet forum. I’ve given you my opinion and I’m truly sorry you’re suffering. The best thing you can do for now is eat and recover.

I can certainly vouch first hand from what Physiolojik has just told you. I dont know why I didnt think of that before. When my e2 was crashed before trt that’s what I did to raise my e2 levels. Eat. Drink beer. The hops in beer raises estrogen levels. There is such thing as alcohol induced gynecomastia. Alcoholics get it. If I remember correctly sugar helps as well. I was drinking beer and eating blue bell ice cream lol. I bounced back alot quicker than they said I would. Dont take my word for it. Do some research on the subject.

There’s a few clinics here in Aus that’ll prescribe SARMS actually (ostarine and lgd)… And igf-1… And GH… And GHRP, myostatin inhibitors… And a bunch of completely unresearched shit like MGF, Melanotan etc.

Tb-500 seems cool though for its potential cardioregenerative abilities.

Seems irresponsible (to me at least) to be prescribing this stuff (aside from GH) as we don’t have the faintest idea as to the long term effects

I had a really nice dark ale last night, I’m a massive beer guy, Aussies tend to like beer but my family doesn’t, it’s just me. it’s my second favourite beverage, I like it so much I used to routinely purchase non alcoholic beer just for the taste, I stopped doing it though (this was a long time ago, like when I was 16-17 last year on the summer holidays) because I’d go through 6 non alcoholic beers a day… Wasn’t good for me so I cut it out.

I also tried truffles!!! Never had them before, what a ridiculously expensive food… Nice though.

Edit: (I’m serious here) soda water is actually my favorite beverage, unflavoured carbonated water

Probably gonna try a teeny bit of absinthe on my birthday because I don’t know what it tastes like, all I know is it’s supposedly terrible.

no don’t get me wrong, Im more than grateful for the advice. Just dont know which direction to attack this from. I can show you guys pictures of my tranformation? If you guys think that it was too fast for 5 weeks?

that is me at the lowest weight since grade 8. I was 138 lbs here at 5’9 , 21 years old. Usual weight is 170

@joeviv10 you exhibit similar symptoms that severe anorexia patients have. Eat bunches of food.

Would shoulder joint pain and clicking that started right after starting treatment possibly indicate that one does not need thyroid treatment if treatment was ininiated due to optimizing thyroid?

Are you still this thin? Why did you cut that much weight?

get some malva pudding… Or something else equally fattening.

Increasing thyroid increases elimination of estrogens. Either that or it’s incidental. I believe you said somewhere you were just trying to supplement your thyroid with meds. Don’t ever ever do that. The feedback loops are very sensitive.

I am not that thin. I was like that for 6 months. I never had abs, and I saw results that lead to an eating disorder. Then these symptoms came and said its not worth it. I cut that weight because I never was lean/skinny etc. I was never even slightly chubby but I felt like I had developed to much mass from lifting weights for soccer.

Ah, the green fairie! Its an acquired taste and if you dont like the taste of black licorice, then forget it . Its pretty cool to watch it being made by someone who knows how (absinthe shot in glass, then ice cold water trickled over a sugar cube into the glass, using a whole specially made device.) I had several at the Absinthe house in New Orleans.

Bring back the wood alcohol variety though so we can trip balls and lose our minds.

The good stuff is still made with wormwood (Artemisia absinthium)

That’s the stuff! Still illegal in the states I imagine? The FDA is a bunch of wet blankets.
