Hi, I have a bit of a situation, that will need a bit of intro first, also I am new to forums. I am just an average gym goer who has done a lot of different sports all his life and just crazy about trainign in general. I just wanted to know what is your opinion on why my LH is so low? And is there a way to bring it back up and I presume my testosterone levels should follow.
