I am currently doing your westside for skinny bastards and during back and chest days the things that seem to be holding me back on weight efficiency of the exercise seems to be my arms, biceps for back day and triceps for chest day. I was wondering what type training can i incorporate into my program to help bring these weak points, ie what type of training should i do on the off days or should i incorporate arms on both upper body days
