Arm Pit Stink!?

You say you are not on trt. But u have some serious symptoms.
You need go see an endocrinologist. Or even your primary. Run lots of blood work. You may have other disease. Or even a urologist - anyone who’s willing to diagnose and run labs.

Yeah that should fix everything…

I believe he has been to 4 endos and a couple uros and they keep blowing him off saying its all in his head.

That’s tough. I wish him well.

He still need to search for a good Dr. Not sure where he lives

No it won’t becusse he’s not on trt. If he was, then that would raise his estrogen.

I don’t think the OP is in the US, finding a doctor that give a shit will not be easy, when doctors see a tough case, they usually blow these people off. When doctors can’t find anything wrong, then they show you the door because without a diagnosis doctors can’t treat you.

So no diagnosis, no treatment is possible. You need to best most knowledgeable doctor in the field in order to figure out this debacle. You may need to travel.

You clearly somehow hindered the ability to convert Free T–>estrogen and DHT via extreme starvation.

I know the issue is low e2 + low dht. However I believe the issue is more complex then that. All of blood test consistently show eleveated GGT+ALT, Billirubin, DHEA-s, Uric Acid and Creatine. Albumin is also elevated. I believe it is a liver/kidney issue I am dealing with. The last doctors visit I had he told me that my blood is basically fine. “here and there something sticks out, but it shouldn’t cause the symptoms you are complaining of…Have you though about seeing a sex therapist?”

Where are you located?

See if the following can consult you

Dr Eric Serrano

Russ Scalia of health precision

Anthony LLABRES

THats who I would contact if I were in your shoes. The bottom two are 11th hour interventionists. Folks see them when docs can’t figure it out.

If nothing shows up in lab testing, then your condition does exist therefore it’s all in your head which is why you were sent to a sex therapist. Until you have a lab value that is out of the ordinary, doctors will continue to blow you off.

Albumin weakly binds androgens.

When I was having problems last April, the nurses and doctors kept telling me my lab values are normal, they thought I needed a mental health evaluation, but had they ran iron, ferritin, potassium, vitamin C and vitamin D, they would have found every single one deficient.

I don’t understand how my blood can be fine when I have the following out of range though.

DHT 176 (300-850)
E2 12(11.5-45)
DHEA-s …elevated out of range, as well as ALT+GGT, Billirubin, Uric acid , Creatinine and Albumin. When I google all these things they point towards the Liver + Kidneys. The doctor basically does not want to “waste” his time with me anymore. I have been having to pay about 100$ US for every “specialist” I have visited on my own so I dont know which direction to go anymore?

Hematologist? I have ordered some Dhea to see if that would maybe help and I can’t seem to find Progesteron here in Croatia.

My instinct is telling me this is 100% hormonal, I just believe it is more complicated then hormones, something else is causing this imbalance.

We’ve been over this before, the extreme starvation damaged your ability to convert Free T–>E2 and DHT, if the body doesn’t create more of these enzymes…

Right now there is only one thing that might work, that is TRT, increase T increases all the others.

Your Free T is not that good either, 12 ng/dL is nothing to brag about. Most guys starts having serious problems near 10 ng/dL.

Do you think the low e2 and low dht are causing the elevated ggt, alt, bilirubin, uric acid, creatine, and albumin, or vice versa?

I realize now I am slowly going to have to take action, but someone else told me that TRT will not benefit me at all? I would have to take something specifically for DHT?

I remember someone telling you bypassing the HPTA may in fact work to increase estrogen and DHT, you just have to push higher TT levels to increase E2 and DHT.

If it doesn’t work, you can always stop TRT.

Can I get your opinion on the question I asked about the albumin, ggt, alt, uric acid , influencing dht/e2 levels or vice versa.

Or maybe its not influencing dht+e2 levels, but I have read that liver+kidney issues can cause erectile problems

I’m guessing here, but maybe the lack of converting E2 and DHT is causing elevated albumin so it can hold onto more androgens. I don’t know about the others.

You have spent so much time looking at these issues and asking questions that simply cannot be answered by most.

You said it’s most likely hormonal. Your best bet is to get on trt and realize the benefits. Or continue searching for a solution and feel like shit.

There comes a point where we jsut have to play with the hand we’ve been dealt. Go with the flow. You tried your best.

I personally would not jump straight on trt either, but I would say there is a point where I just cannot continue without answers.

It’s unfortunate, but be thankful you have a solution.

What are your bilirubin & albumin levels?

both are elevated! @dextermorgan

Albumin 54.3 (42-50)
Bilirubin:21.1 (3.0-20.0)

@joeviv10
Mine are too. Samesies

you have the bad armpit odor? even after washing? its as if only a bit of water comes out of the arm pits, like 1 or 2 drops? something is not coming out of the body?
