Well from what I’ve read both do pretty similar things, but Arimidex is not friendly for blood lipids while Aromasin doesnt really affect it. And Aromasin is a newer drug and supposedly a better version of AI.
While the difference is probably small, I’d go with Aromasin. Keeping blood lipids in check makes sense to me!
