Agreed. That’s what I got out of the article too.
The article is a must read for anyone making excuses instead of gains.
I likeded it.
There’s a lot of truth in the article, but I have to say that the author sounds a little too set in his ways for my liking.
Anti-isolation.
Anti-machine.
Anti-splits.
The alarm bells start ringing when someone starts to sound as though they believe there is only one way to train, regardless of reputation.
I’ll bet he’s into lifting large objects over-head, his friends probably call him Yonnie… or maybe Big Dog!
