I recently bought two pairs of jeans, about 250$ (Sugarcane Rainbow model) and 400$ (Oni Denim “akaoni” model). They’re both exceptional items of quality artisanship in their own right. Visually, I think the average person won’t notice the difference past 100$. But, I’m buying for myself, and to me, the jeans are worth it.
I like dressing nice, but at the same time I’m a practical guy, so I can’t drop a couple bills on pants. I do have to say though, having tried on a pair of $200+ denim, I can say with confidence that there is a definite difference.
True Religion or Robins Jeans are great for dressing up for a night out, they are made with stronger denim that will out last cheaper jeans & they are much more trendy (for now) I have a few pair that fell off the back of a truck so i paid 1/2 price & they are really nice. But i still have 3 or 4 pair of awesome worn out Levis that will never go out of style.

I have diesel and lucky jeans… expensive but worth it… a&f makes good jeans too
A&F sucks balls. I don’t know one guy that has decent (I repeat, decent, not hyooge) legs that can get into them. And according to them, my waist is a size 4, but my ass and legs are a size 8 and my calves are about a 10.
I see the appeal of more expensive jeans. Mine are typically in the $100 range and they’ve held up much better than my $40 jeans. But I wouldn’t be able to justify spending 200+ on jeans that I knew I would grow out of relatively quickly.
And, as for the padded bras…I can only speak for myself, but with a 36A- bra size, it takes a padded bra to just look like I have boobs in most clothes. It’s not about cleavage (because even in a pushup bra it isn’t there), its about looking moderately proportional. I’m not fooling anyone, nor am I trying to.

I was just told that there Are jeans with a built in butt. isn’t that false advertising?
YES! That is blatent false advertising. I met a gal during a seminar, and damn did she fill out her clothes. Or so I thought. The tits weren’t bad, not the best boob job ever, but it was the pants that totally sculpted the ass. Her on its own merit was just a bunch of flappy skin. I’m used to the firm, perky butts of volleyball and soccer players, swimmers, divers, runners, and generally athletic women. She just didn’t measure up.
it depends on what you’re looking for in a pair of jeans. my old roommate has a pair of 45rpm jeans that ran him $750 that he bought in tokyo.
the fit is perfect. the denim is super high quality (the cotton is of a very high grade and the denim is spun on hand operated looms as opposed to commercial grade machines), and they are hand constructed. the craftsmanship that goes into this brand is unbelievable.
granted he’s a total denim head, but since buying these he has sold off all his other jeans (of which he had several types: dior, nudie, apc, helmut lang, etc.). these jeans, even worn 5-7 days a week have been known to last for upwards of 10 years before beginning to show significant signs of wear.
it’s an investment. if someone was buying something like this i would be behind it 100%. but it’f they’re buying commercial grade jeans and the only reason they run that much is because of the tag, then that’s just foolish.
^ I would want to punch any ‘male’ I saw in those.
Agreed, those pants are fucking obnoxious…
Unless you’re a wannabe thug.

If you are on this site, and have worked hard for those quads and glutes, wouldn’t you want them to be at least somewhat noticeable? Big baggy jeans like that hide all the good stuff!
I personally think there’s nothing sexier than a guy leaning back in his chair, hands relaxed behind his head, giving me an eyeful of lats and chest and those beautiful beautiful quads in his slightly loose comfy jeans.
The right pants make me want to pounce, but only because they accentuate the right legs underneath them.
Holy poop stars on a monkey’s tail. I bought a pair of Calvin Klein jeans last weekend for $62 and I went home and watched porn and ate a bloody steak just to make sure. I will say they fit perfectly though, which is nice.
when people say jeans that cost 250$ are totally worth it. what does that even mean? to attract girls? girls who go for that shit are douchebags themselves, fuck that im spending my money on something less fleeting then a pair of jeans that will pay for themselves 10 years down the line when you look like a tool in period specific fashion.

I’ve never spent more than $100 on jeans. I would rather spend my money on nice work clothes and accessories or more gym clothes. My favorite jeans right now are some hand-me-overs from a friend of mine - free, look good, and already broken in.
Broken in is key. Even if I did spend $300 on jeans, I’d beat them up til they looked like a beat up pair of levi’s.
People judge other people. Constantly. We do it consciously with people we’re introduced to and subconsciously as we pass people on the street. Our brains are really good at noticing and categorizing a crazy amount of detail when we look at someone- their body posture, their hairstyle, their level of fitness, and their style of clothes. All these things combined give the world a great idea of who you are, and it can all be accessed in the matter of a quick glance.
Given this knowledge, I choose to present myself in a way that appeals to many of these quick sensory checks as possible. And when it comes to physical appearance and clothing, the fit of the clothes is king. If $200 jeans fit my legs and ass right, allowing me to show of some of the hard work i do in the gym, then I’ll shell out the cash. Granted I do most of my shopping at discounted designer stores (nordstrom rack, online discount sites), I do own 3 pairs of $250+ jeans that I got for about 100 each.
The point is- why not invest a little in your clothing and present the best you possible? That means buy the jeans that fit best, whether theyre $40 levis or $400 Nudies.
