Yes. Usually I don’t need it but I recently lost about 25 lbs and at the same time was switched to UGL T for TRT due to covid and started experiencing libido/erection problems. I have compounded 20mg Tadalafil / 10 mg Sildenafil (Cialis/Viagra combo) and even 30mg/15mg wouldn’t work sometimes. With TRT I’ve learned it’s important to get good quality T or you’ll risk having issues. Even when I didn’t need it I’d take one of the combo pills and have a log for a dick. It’s fucking awesome. I’d tell everyone to get on it regardless of whether they “need” it or not. Your gf’s will think you are the second coming of Jesus.

Try shockwave therapy if you can afford it … I tried 12 sessions staggered over 4 months made my dick Veiny again and works really well. Your other option it to go to a urologist that prescribes Trimix injections. Works 100% of the time and is about $2 a pop. A bottle will last you a year. You inject it on the side of your cock which scares most people off but my urologist talked me into trying it and I’m sold. Gave me an injection in his office and I had to take the subway home in nyc during rush hour with a rock hard erection. it does not really hurt at all. It does take some balls the first few times on your own and you cannot mix with high dose cialis or viagra. Before testosterone I had a lot of ED issues. I’m Much better now but I still keep Trimix injections in my freezer for the hot nights … I’m 45 and I take low dose cialis daily. Anything over 5mg is not allowed on Trimix. All that being said, I find that when I have ED issues it’s my estrogen

Not everyday but more like 3 days during the week. My normal dose is 15 a day though. That’s probably too much for most. I get headaches as a side effect if I take too much.

Cialis did not work for me when my hormones were f up.

Once I dialed in, cialis many times works too well

This makes sense there have been times during a protocol that it worked but there are also times where 20mg will not even get the job done. What protocol are you on if you don’t mind me asking and are you with a pratice or did you figure out all of this on your own. I think I’m going to give the daily Cialis a try

So my next question is if I do try it does this mean I would just do 15 mg before intercourse ?

Yeah, you could have other issues. I’m over 50 with T2 diabetes going on. A
major reason I sought out testing and then TRT was declining performance which would get into my head and crush the libido for fear of more poor performance. Sexually I feel like I’m in my 20s again lately. Small amounts of Cialis. Definitely don’t need a 20 to do the job. 10 mg every other day pretty much keeps me ready to rock 24/7.

This is great to hear. I honestly like when people say they are doing good it gives me hope.
Couple of questions really quick

1. Do you know what exactly led you to taking TRT?
2. What protocol are you on?? The reason I ask because it’s almost like every 3 months I have to change protocol because they stop working for me sometimes
   This must mean for cialis to work this good for you that you must be pretty dialed in.

So how often do you take this combo pill?? Donyou take it on demand or daily?? So you think the combo pill is way better then cialis by its self?

I just have it to have it really. I take it when I’m definitely going to be using my dick that night. I don’t take it daily. The only negative thing it does (and it’s mild) is cause my nose to feel stopped up at night but not bad enough that it matters.

Wow, so was it underpowered basically? So you underdosed or was it bunk or what? I got UGL (i.e. overseas pharmacy) stuff sent and 110-120 mgs per week put me at 1350 or so.

I get the stopped up nose thing too for whatever reason, also sometimes heartburn. I’ve mostly stopped taking it, makes me too hard and too hard = numb for me. I used to love to drunk bang on the stuff before all of the finasteride/TRT stuff started though. I guess I’m lucky, never really had ED issues even when super drunk. I’ll occasionally throw in a little piece of a 100mg viagra pill if I really want to be extra but that’s about it.

20mg always works…when my head is in the right place. TRT&Cialis is an awesome combo, but it won’t work at all if you are overcome with performance anxiety. That is the real battle for some, myself included. I’m 98.7% past it, but it took some real work. Just throwing it out there for those that still have issues after taking car of the physical issues.

Lower doses of TRT seem to make cialis work better for me… also viagra. Higher doses and they don’t work as well.

Maybe estrogen related?
