Any Supplements/Vitamins that Should or Shouldn't be Consumed Starting TRT?

It is sublingual but different brand Natural Factors

If your levels aren’t going up and it’s 1000mcg then you should try a different brand or maybe take more.

How does it make a difference? Just bloodwork or feeling? And how is vitC negatively affected by TRT?

I was confused here… yes 2g / day is no problem.

I get this weird feeling sometimes where I get what seems to be adrenal issues mainly in the morning before I’m supposed to get up. It’s a hard thing to describe really. It doesn’t happen all the time or that often and it happens on any dosage. The best description is an adrenaline dump. Vitamin C at 2000mg keeps that from happening at all.

Interesting. Strange, I just today read on article here on T Nation that said vit C supplementation is trash. I wonder the mechanism is thats working for you.

It is proven to have benefits for adrenal support, there were some nice studies but I cannot seem to find them now
The debatable thing is what should be the dosage

Can you share that article please

I’ve read similar articles and others that state anything more than a few mgs is a waste. Usually when I take a supplement I’ll use it for a period of time and stop using it for a period of time before I reintroduce it. I’m skeptical of everyone & everything and know all to well how the mind can trick us into believing something to be true when in reality it isn’t.

You said you’re taking 1000mg EOD. So 1g/day is twice what you’re taking now. 1000mg == 1g.
