This guy just can’t be for real. He can’t be. Really. Who have you ever met in your lifetime that was so delusional, so literally out of his fucking mind and yet still has the ability to use a computer and put words together?
He says he’s from Croatia, yet does have a fairly decent understanding of the english language. One it’s not called soccer over there, so that’s the first tip he’s full of shit.
He also can’t possibly train and work as much as he says he does. He’s been on this site for four days now and he has at least 5 hours a day racked up in posting. He also says he skips meals but then wants to give us nutrition advice.
He also calls us all Keyboard Warriors and Undertrained in the same post that he calls us all great.

18% bodyfat with training 3-4 hours a day, 2 hours of boxing and running sprints?!?!?!?!? When you have time, you do pick up sports? Ok honestly this has lost my interest along time ago, anyone who does weights 4 hrs a day, 2hrs of boxing and sprints would not be 18% bodyfat, and if you are legit, it blows my mind that you claim to know how to train, anyone who trains like you say you do, would have easily a single digit bodyfat, regardless of food intake. You could eat a fuckin cow and still be single digit with that kind of working out.
